KCBXnet User Homepages FAQ
Please read this FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) list completely
before sending us an e-mail.
Email us a message at
with "USER HOMEPAGE" as the subject. In the first line
of the message body text put the URL of your homepage (address used to access
your homepage) and on the second line include a less than 25 character comment
on your homepage:
http://www.kcbx.net/~username/

If you haven't figured out what the address of your homepage is yet check
Question #2. Also please keep the comment in good taste :)
Your web address (usually called "URL") on KCBXnet is fairly simple:
http://www.kcbx.net/~login/
"login" is the username that you use to log on. The "~" character
can usually be found near the upper left of your keyboard (next to the "1").
This address can be used by anyone anywhere in the world (who can connect
to the WWW) to access your homepage.
Instruction for setting up a homepage are in the works. For now the
basics are:
Make sure you have a public_html directory in your home directory.
All new accounts will have this directory in their account. If you have
an older account you will need to add this directory.
